safe, secure technology. We do not keep your credit card on

Refund Policy
When we agree to refund a purchase, we will refund
(usually by check in the purchaser's name and address) within
30 days.
Returns Policy
If you feel your unused
product purchase needs to be returned, we ask that
you follow procedure:
* You must return the item within 30 days of purchase, unused.
* Return it in the shape it arrived.
* Return in any original product packaging (you may choose
another box to ship in, but please be sure the product is
in it's original box).
* Include a note as to the reason you're returning the product(s),
and your invoice OR the date of purchase, your address, your
name, and your contact information.
* Contact us for approval
before marking an unopened shipment "return
to sender"

Once we receive the item, we
will process your refund or store credit immediately for the
original purchase price, minus shipping costs.
We will not give a full refund
for items used, damaged, missing pieces, or out of its original
package. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or
store credits if our policies are not followed.
If you feel your USED
product purchase needs to be returned, we ask

* We do not refund or take returns for washed and/or worn diapers
* You must return the item within 45 days of purchase
* Return in any original product packaging if possible (you may choose another
box to ship in, but please be sure the product is in it's original box, if
any)
* Include a note as to the reason you're returning the product(s), and your
invoice OR the date of purchase, your address, your name, and your contact
information.

Once we receive the item, we
will process your store credit immediately for the original
purchase price if the item has failed due to a manufacturing
error. We take no responsibility for
damage during shipping. We reserve the right to issue
partial store credits if our policies are not followed or
the item has been used
and has no obvious reason for return. An obvious reason
to return a used product is if the workmanship fails. Normal
wear and tear will not be refunded.
