Sinful Spinach Mushroom and Chicken Pasta
Shrimp can be substituted or leave
out protein portion altogether
In a pan sautee with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and italian herbs and
spices: Fresh chopped chicken breast meat, chopped onions and sliced mushrooms.
Make an alfredo sauce in another pot or use canned alfredo sauce.
Cook your favorite pasta, during the last 1-2 minutes of cooking, add at least
one package of fresh baby spinach and stir into pasta.
Drain spinach and pasta
together in colander.
Add fresh chicken and veggies and top with alfredo sauce.

Pasta Putanesca (Martha Stewart gets the credit)
In a large pan heat olive oil, chopped garlic (1-2 cloves), red pepper flakes
(just enough to lightly sprinkle over the size
of the pan.
Careful not to burn the garlic.
When you start to smell the garlic toasting, add about 1-2 T of rinsed capers,
then drain some sliced olives from
a small can and add those in.
Finally, add one can (or more if you like) diced
tomatoes and stir.
Heat through and serve over your favorite fresh hot pasta.
